• Fragrance descriptions are intended as general guidance. Individual scent preferences may vary.

• We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products at any time.

These variations do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Sophie's Candles.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders where necessary. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, a refund will be provided.

• Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already entered production or been dispatched.

You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Sophie's Candles offers shipping within Australia.

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Orders are generally dispatched within the processing timeframe stated on our website or at checkout.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, location and external circumstances.

• Sophie's Candles is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

• Additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, customers will be responsible for monitoring tracking information where provided.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

Please note:

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind about a fragrance or product preference.

• Products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet Australian Consumer Law requirements will be eligible for the appropriate remedy.

• Where a product is eligible for return, we will advise you of the next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

• Discontinue use when the candle reaches the recommended minimum remaining wax level.

Wax Melts

• Use only with a suitable wax melt warmer.

• Do not add water to wax melts.

• Keep warmers away from children, pets and flammable materials.

• Never leave a warmer unattended while in use.

Reed Diffusers

• Do not ingest diffuser liquid.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes and delicate surfaces.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Clean up spills promptly and follow the product instructions.

Room Sprays

• Use only as directed on the product label.

• Avoid spraying directly onto skin, food, pets or delicate surfaces.

• Keep away from heat, flames and ignition sources where indicated on the product label.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Customers are responsible for following all product labels, care instructions and safety warnings.

 

7. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Sophie's Candles may offer wholesale pricing and bulk purchasing arrangements to selected businesses.

Wholesale orders may be subject to:
